President, Founder

Jerry Molina

Jerry Molina, President of Kindred Industrial Services, brings deep expertise in project controls and construction management, with a career spanning complex engineering and construction environments. Jerry’s background includes comprehensive experience in budget management, project planning, cost control, and contract administration, delivering disciplined execution across large-scale capital and turnaround projects.

With a strong focus on project controls, Jerry has demonstrated advanced capabilities in cost management, scheduling, forecasting, and project performance analysis. Jerry has supported major projects for Phillips 66, including the FCC Revamp and New Gas Plant Project, as well as Marathon Petroleum GBR Construction Capital Projects. In these roles, Jerry analyzed and forecasted project costs, evaluated change impacts, customized project controls systems, and performed project risk assessments to ensure financial and schedule integrity.

During tenure at S&B, Jerry contributed to multiple Marathon Petroleum Capital Projects and Turnarounds, supporting engineering and procurement activities through quantity trending, estimate reviews, and Primavera P6 scheduling. Jerry also supported Phillips 66 Midstream Construction Projects, establishing baseline budgets, monitoring actual versus planned performance, and developing trend analyses to identify risk areas and recommend corrective actions.

Prior to joining Kindred Industrial Services, Jerry served as Director of Project Controls at Primoris, supporting construction project execution. Earlier roles include Project Coordinator at ISC and Project Engineer at Vaughn Construction, where responsibilities included cost control, monthly project reporting, and change order management.

Jerry began his career as an Electrical Craft professional at S&B, gaining hands-on field experience in conduit installation, control rooms, and control panel systems—providing a practical foundation that informs Jerry’s leadership approach today.

Jerry holds a Master’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science from University of Houston, reflecting strong applied knowledge of engineering and project management principles.
